Medlen to tune Capps' NAPA Funny Car

John Medlen has taken over as crew chief on the NAPA Auto Parts Dodge Charger Funny Car driven by Ron Capps in the 2010 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series.
The announcement was made by team owner Don Schumacher Monday following the 10th annual NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals at Bristol Dragway.
Medlen came on board with Don Schumacher Racing in March of this year as co-crew chief to Tommy DeLago on the DieHard Dodge Charger Funny Car driven by Matt Hagan.
Capps' longtime tuner, Ed "Ace" McCulloch, will continue to be a part of DSR and the NAPA Auto Parts Dodge team, and will assist Medlen as well as the crew chiefs on the DieHard Dodge Funny Car and the Valvoline/Mail Terminal Services Dodge Funny Car driven by "Fast" Jack Beckman.
