Where have all the drag strips gone?

Just a quick note. I came across a great video about the remaining drag strips that exist in Southern California.

Just a quick note. I came across a great video about the remaining drag strips that exist in Southern California. It was filmed videographer Mae Ryan, who works for KPCC, So-Cal's Public Radio. Please enjoy Mae's piece by clicking here -- https://vimeo.com/38887290.

Rob, I have to say this and I know alot of other people are thinking the same thing....John Force USED to be a force to reckoned with. But since both of his daughters have made the leap to funny car. He has gone soft. It is so predictable to watch him give the win up to them. Ever since austin coil left, he has no longer been the great castrol driver he once was. I think he should hang it up. He no longer puts on a good race. It is very disheartening to even watch the race. I am sure that Courtney is a great driver. but let the kid do it on her own. I don't expect that Castrol would like the negative publicity. But what do i know. It just makes watching funny car, not fun anymore.

    Your thoughts, sherri byers
